How to flirt in text message form? :]?

Okay so I'm starting to like this guy I've been friends with for about 3 or 4 years. I haven't seen him in a little over a year and we go to different schools. We COULD hang out but right now we just text each other everyday. I want to start flirting with him over text messages before we actually hang out but I don't know how to. Any ideas? I don't want to be too forward.





(By the way, we were good friends all throughout middle school but now we're in separate high schools [both in 10th grade] so we haven't actually seen each other in a little over a year.)How to flirt in text message form? :]?
I personally hate flirting by text. There's no change in tone so you don't really know in which way someone mean's what they're saying. You're better off having long late night phone conversations like we used to back in the late 90's early 2000's. It seems like eventually the whole courtship process will be done electronically.

Tell him you want him, be aggressive! Women never want to be forward and would rather play games, men hate this! If you really like him, and want a chance, be forward, dont't play games, and just let him know. You say ';I don't want to be too forward'; and he's going to think ';maybe she likes me, maybe she doesn't';. One of two things happen bad here, either he goes, I'm not going to stress and play games over this, or since you are delaying it, someone else walks into the door and is forward with him, thus you lose out.
i'm currently doing this with someone i met in Belgium on a trip, we text each other too many times a day, and she wants to marry me even though we have met once haha. my advice would be to be a little bit dirty minded, if they say something like i'm off to bed, i would say something like ';can i join you?'; it worked for me... but i'm just saying try it... it may, it may not :)

Suttle ways would be like a X at the end of a message which is like a kis so. Goodnight X or um using signs such as :-x or callin him Bbz (baby) ir something, just do flirting but in text language LOL
Say something like: Hey Qty wats up? or Hi wanna hang out some time??? this works REALLY well Hey Qty ya know who i think would make a QT couple?

LiS is an idiot for one, and two..





i agree with everyone.. but the thing is.. make him come to you tooo much question asking is never good and tooo many smileys and winks are never good either. only use them when truly needed. and one morning out of the week, text him goodmorning with a smiley and tell him to have a great day. but other then that make sure he texts yo first so you dont seem eager to talk to him, if your the one texting first or re sending texts he could feel obligated to talk to you. so make sure you play hard to get with a little mix of what everyone else is telling you to do and i promis it will turn out great:)
