if he doesnt text back, then either he really is busy or hes just not into you, so dont text him 5 times a day sayin hey whatcha up to, or hey hows it goin
never ask if we are mad at you. because we have no reason to be. and that is just annoying

but to flirt,, you can always add in a '; ; ) '; winking face every now and then
stuff like cutie or boo,
if you know how to make him smile in person then do the same over text.
